PROPERTIES
It is a very special alkaline agent ensures the pH stability for temperature changes in textile processes where caustic soda has to be used. This feature is obtained because of the special agents giving basic character to bath and special alkaline buffering substances in its structure.
It can be used with all types of natural and synthetic fibers and their blends. Specially used with the regenerated cellulose fibers which caustic soda resistance is low.
The purpose of the textile processes which use liquid alkaline:
- Process pH must be realized in the desired value
- To fix the certain pH value by the buffering specialty for temperature changes
ALKALY EN ensures these purposes and works as an ideal alkaline agent.
It is an ideal alkaline agent in scouring processes.
It will overcome the impurity problems of heavy metal ions which may occur in soda ash and caustic soda usage.
It is very important in reactive dyeing to ensure a fixed pH and to keep this ideal pH value all the process long.
